The development of this project has been supported by fellowship from the Interart Theatre, and granted readings and workshops at The Berkshire Theatre Festival, The Franklin Stage Company and Six Figures Theatre; the development of the play has also been supported through residencies at Muhlenberg, Gettysburg and LeMoyne Colleges. Evolution was produced at The Red House in January 2009 where theatre critics called it a “tour de force” and “a taut, creative, multi-character, one-woman show that will make you laugh as well as jolt your serious sensibilities.”

Evolution has been chosen as part of the 2012 Cherry Lane Mentor Project and will be produced at 59 E 59th Street Theatres in late April 2012.
