Patricia Buckley (Author & Performer) is a writer and performer. She is a founding member of Gams On The Lam, (Franklin Furnace Emerging Artist Award) whose ground-breaking shows combed slapstick, satire and dance touring the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe. In Europe, Ms. Buckley has toured and collaborated with the Spanish company Teatro K de Calle in creating spectacle and outdoor performance. She was a writer and performer with the tony award winning company Theatre de la Jeune Lune. Other US credits include: New York Theatre Workshop, LaJolla Playhouse, The Berkshire Theatre Festival, Potomac Theatre Project, Coconut Grove Playhouse, Portland Center Stage (OR), Walnut Street Playhouse, Cleveland Playhouse, Papermill Playhouse and Portland Stage Company (ME). Film and television credits include Red Oaks Law & Order, Death Of A President, and Kabluey.
Marc mellits (composer) is one of the leading American composers of his generation, enjoying hundreds of performances throughout the world every year. He studied at the Eastman School of Music, Yale School of Music, Cornell University, and Tanglewood. His music has been played across the globe and has been commissioned by groups such as the Kronos Quartet, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Sergio and Odair Assad, Bang On A Can All-Stars, Eliot Fisk, Andrew Russo, Canadian Brass, & Nexus Percussion. Mellits also directs and plays keyboards in his own ensemble, the Mellits Consort. He was awarded the prestigious 2004 Foundation for Contemporary Arts Award. On CD, he has over 35 recorded works.
LESLIE NOBLE (Dramaturgy) is an actress, director, and clown. She has worked with Syracuse Stage, Red House, Geva, Lemoyne College, Union College and Syracuse University, where she is currently a teacher and administrator in the Department of Drama. For ten years she created original work with Gams on the Lam, a clown company co-founded with Patricia Buckley and Lauren Unbekant. Evolution marks 25 years of fruitful collaboration with Ms. Buckley.
