Evolution was originally commissioned as part of the Women's Interart Development series in NYC, under Artistic Directors Margot Lewitin and Ronnie Giest, and culminated in staged readings, workshops, and works-in-progress performances at Six Figures Theatre, The Interart Annex,The Berkshire Theatre Festival, Franklin Stage Company, LeMoyne, Gettysburg and Muhlenberg Colleges, and a full production at The Redhouse Arts Center in Syracuse, NY. Evolution was chosen as part of the 2012 Cherry Lane Mentor Project, and was subsequently presented Off-Broadway at 59e59 Theaters.
